Motorola reportedly working on Tegra 3 phones

by on26 April 2011

Kryptonite anyone?
Motorola is reportedly developing two high end smartphones based on Nvidia’s upcoming Tegra 3 SoC. According to droid-life.com, the outfit is planning to introduce two handsets based on the Kal-El quad-core.

The first one, dubbed Bullet, is said to feature a 4.3-inch qHD screen, upwards of 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage, along with a 12MP camera. The Jet features practically the same specs, but it has a 4-inch screen and a chiclet keyboard. Both phones should launch in early 2012.

However, considering the launch date, it is rather unlikely that any of the specs have been finalized at this early stage. It should also be pointed out that droid-life.com has had some rather good scoops when it comes to Motorola handsets, so you be the judge.
