Asus's P5E-VM HDMI is actually the second G35 motherboard that we have seen since back in September when we had a chance to see MSI's G35 design, and you can read about it here. Our colleagues over at Ocworkbench.com managed to score some pictures and motherboard specs. As we wrote before, G35 will come out in December, and not in early Q4 2007 as it was originally planned.

Asus's P5E-VM HDMI comes packed in uATX Form Factor measuring 24.4cm x 24.4cm and it will support LGA775 socket processors, including next generation Intel 45nm Multi-core parts. The new G35 motherboard from Asus has four DDR2 800/677 slots, which can support to up to 8GB of memory. Asus's P5E-VM comes with integrated Intel's VGA GMA X3500 with maximum shared memory of 384MB, which is the first integrated graphics solution that supports DirectX 10, Open GL 2.0 and Pixel Shader 4.0. It also supports dual display with HDMI/DVI-D and RGB.

The new motherboard from Asus comes with one PCI-Express x16 if you decide to go for dedicated graphics card, two PCI-Express x1 and one PCI slot. Other specs include six SATA 3.0 Gb/s port, one UltraDMA 133/100/66 for up to 2 PATA devices, 8-channel HD Audio with Realtek ALC 883, two Firewire ports and 12 USB 2.0 ports.
