Black and blue all the way

In addition to the single PCB GTX 295 from MSI, we managed to get our hands on some pictures of an early version of the MSI P55-GD65 motherboard.

MSI noted that this is still an 0A version of the motherboard, so some things will certainly change before it goes on sale. MSI has decided to go for the black and blue color scheme for PCI and memory slots, but unfortunately, as this is going to be a mainstream motherboard, it will feature the same brown PCB.

The rest of the known features include MSI's OC Genie with next gen Easy OC Switch for hardware overclocking, the power eSATA which is nice add-on previously seen on MSI's 790FX-GD70 and 6+1-Phase DrMOS VRM. The motherboard will feature two PCI-Express x1 and one PCI-Express x4 slots, two PCI-Express x16 slots (x8,x8 or single x16) and two plain PCI slots.

In addition to the six angled SATA ports, MSI has decided to include one more, placed below the southbridge and EIDE ports. MSI claims that they decided to include EIDE ports as this is after all a mainstream board.

Here are some pictures of the board.
