Six SKUs incoming

A full Intel 13th Gen Core Raptor Lake-S lineup has leaked online, confirming all six K- and KF-series SKUs, led by the Core i9-13900K 24-core/32-thread flagship.

Courtesy of Igor Wallossek over at Igor's Lab, the official SKU chart for the upcoming Intel 13th gen Core Rocket Lake-S CPUs has been published.

The published chart includes six K- and KF-series SKUs, suggesting that the rest of the lineup will be announced at a later date.

The list includes the flagship Core i9-13900K, a 24-core/32-thread CPU with eight Performance and sixteen Efficient cores. It Boosts up to 5.8GHz with Intel Thermal Velocity Boost, features Intel UHD Graphics 770, 20 PCIe lanes, and suports DDR5-5600 and DDR4-3200 memory. The TDP is set at 253W (Maximum Turbo Power).

The rest of the lineup includes the Core i7-13700K, a 16-core/32-thread (8P+8E) SKU. It does not support Intel Thermal Velocity Boost (TVB) and boosts up to 5.4GHz with Intel Turbo Boost Max technology. It also comes with Intel UHD Graphics 770 and, interestingly, has the same TDP of 253W. The last K-series SKU is the Core i5-13600K, a 14-core/20-thread (6P+8E) SKU. This one lacks both Intel TVB and Intel Turbo Boost Max technology, so it will only Boost up to 5.1GHZ for P-cores and up to 3.9GHz for E-cores. It also has the same Intel UHD Graphics 770 and the TDP is set at 181W.

There are also three KF-series SKUs, which are practically the same as K-series SKUs, just without the Intel UHD Graphics 770 part. Intel lists the same TDP for KF-series parts.
