Two desktop APUs launching on February 12th
AMD took the CES 2018 show by storm, revealing a lot of information regarding its GPU and CPU futures as well as some of the upcoming new products, including its desktop APUs.
Ryzen 3 on sale today
AMD is launching a new series of Ryzen processors today, the affordably priced Ryzen 3.
US $129 for Ryzen 3 1300X and US $109 for 1200
According to a Reddit post, upcoming Ryzen 3 SKUs, the Ryzen 3 1300X and the Ryzen 3 1200, will be hitting the market at US $129 and US $109 (exc. VAT), respectively.

In addition to the Ryzen Threadripper details, AMD also revealed a bit more information about its Ryzen 3 series lineup, which is expected to be on retail/e-tail shelves on July 27th.
Still coming in Q3 2017
While AMD is happily selling Ryzen 7 and Ryzen 5 CPUs and has announced the Ryzen Threadripper series, there is not much information about the Ryzen 3 lineup, other than it is expected to launch in Q3 2017.
ASRock reveals some specifications
After launching the Ryzen 7 CPU lineup, AMD will launch its mainstream Ryzen 5 lineup in just under a week, but today we have additional information about an entry-level Ryzen 3 SKU, the Ryzen 3 1200.
Q2 for Ryzen 5 and 2H 2017 for Ryzen 3
It seems that we will have to wait a bit for the rest of the Ryzen lineup as, according to AMD, six-core and quad-core parts will be coming sometime in the second quarter and the second half of this year.
Points to February 28th availability
There are plenty of rumors regarding AMD's upcoming Ryzen CPUs floating around and the latest one shows some of those SKUs listed in Europe, including the flagship Ryzen 7 1800X CPU priced at €519 ex. VAT.
