Alan Wake 2 has high PC system requirements

Remedy has released official PC system requirements for the upcoming Alan Wake 2 game, and it does not look good, especially since it will require Mesh Shaders, meaning that anything below Nvidia 20-series and AMD RX 6000 series GPUs.
