Toshiba controller paired up with 15nm TLC NAND
OCZ Storage Solutions, a Toshiba Group Company, has officially announced its newest OCZ Trion 150 SSD series which will be available in capacities ranging from 120GB to 960GB and be based on Toshiba controller and 15nm TLC NAND.

As the Computex 2015 show in Taipei is quite an important event for the industry, OCZ Storage Solutions certainly did not want to miss it, showing off some rather interesting new solid state drives, including the new Trine 100 entry-level SSD as well as new enterprise SDDs.
