HTC One lineup that includes HTC One X, One S and One V will be available in Germany, Austria and Switzerland on April 2nd.

In case you missed them, the HTC's One X is the flagship model based on Tegra 3 chip that features 4.7-inch 1280x720 Super LCD 2 screen protected by 3D Gorilla Glass. The 1.5GHz quad-core Tegra 3 chip is backed by 1GB of memory and 32GB of storage space. It will ship with Android 4.0 ICS OS with HTC Sense 4.0 UI.

The One S is a smaller, cheaper version of the One X built around a 4.3-inch 540x960 AMOLED touchscreen. It packs the 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 CPU, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage space. The One V, is pretty much your average value/mid-range smartphone with 3.7-inch 480x800 Super LCD 2 touchscreen. It will be equipped with 1GHz single-core Snapdragon S2 CPU paired up with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of storage space.
