Chinese make Internet stand

We love China

Chinese visitors to Internet chat rooms appear to be fighting back about international criticism of their country's human rights record.

According to Reuters, there is an Internet fashion among Chinese to add hearts and "CHINA" to their names when chatting online. Although some people are unsure what the symbolism means, it is fairly clear that the majority simply are saying that they like their country.

Only a few contacts did not follow the trend, but were reluctant to elaborate on their reasons.
