Motorola X-Phone specs rumored

Written by Slobodan Simic

4.8-inch, 1080p screen, new camera and Android 5.0

There has already plenty of X-Phone rumors. Motorola's job posting revealed all but confirmed its existence last week, but now Phonearena.com managed to get some info on the possible specs of Motorola's X-project.

Motorola's flagship smartphone might end up with a Kevlar body, something that Motorola has been for years. It could also probably end up with the same battery we've seen in the RAZR MAXX.

Other details regarding the early prototype on which these rumors are based include a screen size of "about 4.8-inch" although the 5-inch has been rumored earlier. It will also end up with a quad-core CPU, microSD card slot and an impressive internal storage of up to 128GB.

The last bits of information are about the main snapper that will apparently be much better than the one on current Motorola smartphone as it will end up wtih Sony's Exmor RS sensor and the unavoidable Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie OS.

The new smartphone is rumored to be announced on May 15th and should end up to be one of the first smartphones with Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie OS unless we see some surprises at the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2013 in Barcelona.
