KFA2 has announced the new KFA2 Geforce GTX 780 Hall of Fame Edition graphics card that will feature the KFA2 recognizable custom white PCB as well as a hefty factory-overclock that will make it as much as 20 percent faster than a standard GTX 780. A custom dual-fan cooler that should keep it nice and cool.
Featuring a 10-layer white PCB that has been completely redesigned with a new layout and high-quality components, like the ChiL CHL8318 top-of-the-line VR11.1 compliant digital PWM and IR3550 PowIRstage DrMOS 4.0 compliant chipset as well as premium POSCAP and MLCC capacitors, the new KFA2 GTX 780 HOF Edition will also use a powerful 8+2-phase VRM with 90% efficiency capable of delivering 480A to the GPU.
Thanks to all these high-end components and the custom PCB, the KFA2 GTX 780 HOF Edition graphics card works at a base clock of 1006MHz and boost of 1058MHz. The 28nm GK110 GPU with 2304 CUDA cores is paired up with 3GB of GDDR5 memory clocked at reference 6008MHz and paired up with a 384-bit memory interface.
The KFA2 GTX 780 HOF Edition also features a custom dual-fan, dual-slot cooler with Hybrid Vapor Chamber Heatpipe (HVCP). Thanks to 30 times higher efficiency in heat transfer when compared to copper heatpipes and paired up wtih a rather large heatsink and two 90mm fans with special grooved blades for reduced noise, the new KFA2 Geforce GTX 780 HOF Edition should be well cooled and less noisy.
The new KFA2 GTX 780 HOF Edition is equipped with a Hyper Boost button that enables longer boost periods and raises core clocks by up to eight percent. The new GTX 780 HOF Edition is backed by a two year warranty.
Unfortunately, KFA2 did not announce any details regarding the price or the availability date for the new GTX 780 HOF Edition graphics card.
