Excluding delivery

We found a cool offer that we could easily call "sell your car, buy a PC". Alienware is selling its Alienware Area-51 7500 system and it starts at about £997.

If you max up the specs you will end up spending £4,853.92 for a Quad core QX6700 overclocked to 3.2 GHz. Two Geforce 8800 Ultra cards in SLI on Nforce 680i motherboard, 2 Terabytes drives for system and another 1.5 TB for storage, 4 GB low latency RAM and a water cooler, but no display.

If £4,853.92 doesn’t  sound too much to you, that is about $9,585.12 USD or €7,102.20 EUR. This is almost a brand new car or a super duper great PC.

The direct link is here but you might want to add these components to see the real price.
