A Florida man accused of downloading child pornography is blaming his cat. Keith Griffin was charged Wednesday with 10 counts of possession of child pornography after detectives found more than 1,000 images on his computer.

Griffin blamed his cat who apparently has a habit of sitting on his computer's keyboard. He said that on several occasions he came back to his computer to find that strange material had been downloaded.

For some reason the moggie's bottom managed to find child porn sites and download thousands images just of children. The clever feline then hid the evidence from his owner by putting it on the hard drive before closing down. Sheesh damn clever these cats, you don't get that sort of behaviour from dogs.

Not surprisingly coppers thought Griffin's story was a bit hard to swallow and he is currently being held in the Martin County Jail. The cat reportedly is being cared for by a family friend and has so far not shown any interest in kiddie porn.
