New fan to go with new sockets

Noctua has updated its NH-C12P CPU cooler which was released back in 2008 by giving it its new NF-P14 fan and support for latest Intel sockets.

The cooler has 114x140x152mm (HxWxD), weighs 730 grams and features six heatpipes connected to the copper base. As noted, the old NF-P12 has been replaced by the new NF-P14 which spins up to 1200RPM and produces less than 20 dBA of noise.

The new cooler supports Intel's LGA 775, 1156, 1366 and AMD's AM2, AM2+ and AM3 processors, thanks to Noctua's SecuFirm2 mounting system. It comes bundled with NT-H1 thermal compound and should be available pretty soon with a suggeste price tag of US $69.90 and €59.90 in Europe.
