Gears of War 4 gets new 4K gameplay video

Kicking off the Gamescom 2016 event in Cologne, Germany, Microsoft has teamed up with Nvidia to show off the first 4K/UHD gameplay video of the upcoming Gears of War 4 game that will be playable at the event.

In addition to the gameplay video running on Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 graphics card, which shows 10 minutes fo gameplay as well as new enemies and weapons, Nvidia has also revealed PC system requirements.

According to the details provided by Nvidia, you will need at least a Geforce GTX 750 Ti, Intel Core i5-3470 and 8GB of RAM in case you want to run the game at 1080p resolution. For recommended settings and 1440p resolution, you will need either a GTX 970 or GTX 1060, Core i5-4690 CPU and 8GB of RAM. The so-called "ideal" settings, which should make the game run at 4K/UHD resolution, you'll need either a GTX 980 Ti or GTX 1080, Intel Core i7-4790 CPU and 16GB of RAM.

All three configurations also include Windows 10 OS and 80GB of either HDD or SSD storage.

In case you missed it earlier, Gears of War 4 will launch on the PC and the XBox One on October 11th.
