Custom card with dual-fan cooler

Just over a week away from what should be the official launch date of the HD 7950, Sapphire's HD 7950 OC version has been detailed and pixellized in full glory.

The card looks like a fully custom part, Sapphire opted for a blue PCB paired with one of their familiar dual-slot, dual-fan coolers previously seen on Sapphire's HD 6970 card. According to rumoured details, the card works at factory overclocked 900MHz, packs 3GB of GDDR5 memory clocked at 5GHz and paired up with a 384-bit memory interface. As it was rumoured before, the card should end up with 1792 stream processors.

The cooler features two 90mm fans and five heatpipes, which should be more than enough to keep this one well cooled and even offer an additional overclocking potential. According to previous details, the Radeon HD 7950 should launch on January 31st with a suggested price set at US $449.
