US $200 cheaper than the same G-Sync monitor

Acer has announced a new 34-inch QHD curved monitor that will have the same specifications as the earlier announced Acer XR341CKA but feature support for AMD's FreeSync technology.

Featuring the same specifications as the Acer XR341CKA with Nvidia G-Sync support announced back in April, the new Acer XR341CK comes with the same curved 34-inch IPS panel with 3440x1440 resolution, 178-degree viewing angles, 100% sRGB color gamut, a maximum refresh rate of 75Hz and a 4ms response time.

It also features two 7W speakers with DTS sound as well as the same connectivity options, which include HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort, mini DisplayPort and a USB 3.0 hub.

The impressive looking aluminum stand on the Acer XR341CK features tilt and height adjustments and it also comes with some Acer technologies like flicker free and low blue light technology as well as PiP and PdP modes.

While the Acer XR341CKA was announced back in April with July/August availability date and US $1,299 price tag, the AMD FreeSync Acer XR341CK will be available later in July and will be priced at US $1,099, which makes it US $200 cheaper than the same Acer monitor with Nvidia G-Sync support.
