They are about to update its phablet line-up and launch the new Xiaomi Mi Note Pro phone. This is a Snapdragon 810 powered phone with a massive 5.7-inch 2K (2560 x 1440) IPS LCD screen. It also comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. There is no microSD slot. It comes with a 13-megapixel camera and dual LED, dual tone flash.
It will ship with Android 5.0.1 out of the box underneath the MIUI user interface that the company uses across its smartphone range. It is an iPhone-looking user interface and we used it on a several phones before. The phone has a 4-megapixel camera with 2um pixel size for selfies. There is even a picture of the retail box leaked on a Chinese website.
Since Snapdragon 810 has an industry leading modem, the phone supports 4G LTE, along with dual SIM with dual standby option. You can plug one micro SIM and one nano SIM card.
Xiaomi Mi Note Pro has a 3000 mAh battery and the device measures 155.1 x 77.6 x 7mm, weighing a modest 161 grams. The rumoured price sits at 3299 Yuan that translates to 480 euro or 530 USD at the current exchange rate.
