GPU at 733MHz

Top Clarksdale, 32nm Dual core will end up branded as Core i5 670. This is Intel’s first 32nm CPU that will work at impressive 3.46GHz. Its GPU will tick at 733MHz, which is just slightly slower than 800MHz clock of G45MHz. In X4500HD version G45 chipset, Intel's IGP is clocked to 800MHz.

The CPU comes with 4MB of cache memory and has two cores and four thread support. With turbo overclocking feature, the CPU will be able to reach 3.73GHz and the total TDP of the CPU is 73W, which is great considering that you have GPU and CPU together.

Dual channel memory controller supports both 1066 and 1333MHz DDR3 memory and the CPU comes in LGA1156 socket. This won’t be the fastest IGP for Clarksdale, Core i5 generation but it will be the fastest CPU speed to be launched.

The launch date is still early Q1 2010.
