And Pentium

Intel is not making things any easier for consumers. Not only will you not know if your Core i7 is Bloomfield-based like a proper Core i7, or if it's a Lynnfield, the new slightly crippled 45nm quad core, but you won't be able to tell if your Core i5 is dual-core or quad.

Intel's Core i5 brand will also stretch to all IGP Clakdale 32nm CPU with an IGP in 45 glued together but the same core will also carry the Core i3 brand.

Wait, that is not all, some Clakdales will end up Pentium branded but they will have only two threads enabled. Intel will create a major mess as it's going to be hard to tell what you are buying, but since the CPUs are good, they should also sell good.
