be quiet! has expanded its all-in-one liquid cooling range with the new Light Loop IO LCD, combining high-end CPU cooling with a built-in IPS display, upgraded software controls, and plenty of RGB lighting for users who like their systems to stand out.
The new cooler will be available in 240 mm and 360 mm versions, as well as black and white color options, targeting enthusiasts running high-performance or overclocked processors.
Cooling hardware remains the main focus. The Light Loop IO LCD uses a redesigned jet plate to improve coolant flow across the cold plate, while a dense fin stack helps maximize heat transfer from today’s flagship CPUs. The pump has also been tuned to reduce switching noise, keeping operation quiet even under heavy workloads.
Cooling duties are handled by be quiet!’s Light Wings LX PWM High-Speed fans, which feature airflow-optimized blades, funnel-shaped outlets, and integrated ARGB lighting. The fans connect in a daisy-chain configuration, reducing cable clutter inside the case.
The biggest visual upgrade is the 2.1-inch IPS display built into the pump housing. Offering a 480x 480 resolution and 500 nits of brightness, the screen can display system statistics, custom images, GIFs, or short videos, turning the CPU block into another customizable element of the build.
To simplify installation, be quiet! includes a compact IO Controller that combines power and data over a single cable. The controller attaches magnetically inside the case, while hidden fan cables routed alongside the coolant tubes help create a cleaner overall appearance. The cooler also features sleeved tubing and a refill port, with coolant included for long-term maintenance.
The accompanying IO Center software has also received a significant overhaul. Users can monitor CPU, GPU, and coolant temperatures, customize fan curves, adjust RGB lighting, and configure the LCD display through a single interface. Settings are stored directly on the cooler, meaning preferred lighting effects and display layouts remain active even when the software isn’t running.
For users who don’t want to install desktop software, be quiet! also offers IO Center Web, a browser-based version compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux through Chromium-based browsers. It provides access to most monitoring and customization features without requiring administrator privileges, making it suitable for workstation environments as well.
The be quiet! Light Loop IO LCD launches on August 11 with pricing starting at $224.90 for the 240 mm black model and $249.90 for the 360 mm black version. White editions carry a small premium, with the 240 mm model priced at $229.90 and the flagship 360 mm version costing $254.90.
