FX-4350 and FX-6350
AMD has refreshed its FX chip line-up with two new parts based on the Piledriver architecture.
The FX-4350 is a quad core chip with 8MB of L3 cache and a 125W TDP. It is clocked at 4.2GHz and it can hit 4.3GHz on Turbo. It is basically 400MHz faster than the FX-4300 and it has twice as much L3 cache, yet they are both priced at $122. However, the FX-4300 is a 95W part.
The FX-6350 is a six core chip clocked at 3.9GHz, with a max turbo clock of 4.2GHz. It has 8MB of L3 cache and a 125W TDP rating. It is 400MHz faster than the 95W FX-6300 and it is priced at $132.
