Asus gives Radeon an Onimusha costume

Asus has announced an Onimusha-themed Radeon RX 9070 XT, combining its TUF Gaming hardware with a blue-and-gold finish and a bundled game.

The special edition borrows styling from the Oni Gauntlet in Onimusha: Way of the Sword, giving collectors another reason to inspect their bank balances.

Under the decoration sits AMD’s RDNA 4 architecture, with 16GB of GDDR6 memory on a 256-bit bus and PCIe 5.0 connectivity. Asus lists clocks of up to 3,080MHz in OC mode. Its release gives a separate 2,540MHz figure for Game mode.

Cooling uses three Axial-tech fans, dual ball bearings, and a phase-change thermal pad. The card occupies 3.125 slots. A die-cast metal frame surrounds the cooler, while adhesive secures the GPU’s corners against movement and thermal stress.

The board receives a protective coating against moisture, dust and debris. Asus uses its automated Auto-Extreme manufacturing process and TUF-branded components. The company’s announcement lavishes considerable attention on artistic inspiration and durability, but provides no price or clear regional availability.
