Troubled Chipzilla’s Bartlett Lake-S has leaked again, showing a stack of P-core only SKUs that push up to 12 performance cores on the top parts.
The embedded-focused lineup has not been officially launched, but the leak points to Core 5, Core 7 and Core 9 branding with PE, PTE, PEF and PQE variants.
A previous sighting of the Core 7 253PE suggested why Chipzilla is bothering, with 10 P-cores posting roughly Core i5-14500 class results in synthetic tests.
The new leak suggests there are 12 SKUs in total, including six Core 5 models, though the core counts for those cheaper parts are still not spelled out.
Clock figures in the tables show Core 5 213PE, 213PTE and 213PEF topping out at 5.2GHz, while Core 5 223PE and 223PTE hit 5.4GHz.
The same list has a Core 5 223PQE at 5.5GHz. Core 7 boosts are listed at 5.4GHz for 253PTE, 5.5GHz for 253PE and 5.7GHz for 253PQE, which is a lot of turbo for an embedded part.
Core 9 goes higher again, with 273PTE at 5.5GHz, 273PE at 5.7GHz and the 273PQE peaking at 5.9GHz.
That 5.9GHz turbo is 200MHz higher than the flagship Raptor Lake Refresh Core i9-14900KS. The cache story is more grounded, with Core 5 said to carry 24MB of L3, Core 7 getting 33MB and Core 9 topping out at 36MB.
The Core 7 parts are expected to stick with 10 performance cores, while the Core 9 trio is tipped to bring 12 P-cores for heavier edge compute.
Core 5 is the fuzzy bit, with expectations hovering around six to eight P-cores, since current desktop parts already sit at six P-cores and Bartlett Lake wants more.
Chipzilla is expected to offer Bartlett Lake-S only through the edge and embedded channel, but the leak also nods to the usual grey-market reality.
A few vendors and third-party sellers will likely punt these chips to DIY buyers, just not through anything that resembles an official route.
