Simple way for multi-monitor DisplayPort setups
EVGA has launched its new EVGA DisplayPort Hub, a device that splits a single DisplayPort source to up to three DisplayPort compatible monitors.
The new DisplayPort Hub supports plug-and-play feature, is compatible with all existing DisplayPort graphics cards and notebooks, supports hot-plug, and uses DisplayPort 1.2a. According to EVGA, the DisplayPort Hub is ideal for graphic design, video editing, 3D animation, CAD/CAM, spreadsheet analysis, and productivity without the need of an additional graphics card.
According to specification list, the EVGA DisplayPort Hub supports resolutions from 2400×600 (3x 800×600) all the way up to 5760×1080, or simply three 1920×1080 resolution screens. It splits the single DisplayPort link to three outputs.
The new EVGA DisplayPort Hub is already available at EVGA’s webshop for US $79.99 with $20 mail-in rebate.
