Games Convention 07: But DirectX 10 works well
G92 Nvidia’s next generation high end card will support
DirectX 10.1. This new iteration of the API wont bring to much but Nvidia is
there to supports the upcoming.
This will be a nice mark on the graphic card box but it wont
bring anything at least not in 2007. The real DirectX 10 games have to be
launched and 2008 is actually the year of DirectX 10 but this time is yet to
come.
We still have to educate ourselves what Shader model 4.1 improves and how
important it really is.
