We have no way to integrate them
China’s Huawei said that it is not planning any large takeovers because it would be unable to integrate them.
Talking to a German paper Welt am Sonntag the outfit’s Deputy Chairman Guo Ping said that he could not imagine buying Nokia or Alcatel-Lucent. Ping, one of three deputy chairmen who take turns acting as chief executive said that it would be open to cooperation with another handset company.
Ping also rejected allegations from the US Congress that technology from Huawei might be used to spy on its users and denied accusations by the European Commission that it would dump goods on the market at artificially low prices. So that cleared all that up.
