Michael Dell said that his company's strategy includes
hiring "new talent," striking partnerships, making acquisitions and controlling
spending.
He said that the company is making steady progress, but
there is a lot to be done.
At his keynote address at the 2007 International CES
(Consumer Electronics Show Dell said he wanted the company to become more
services-oriented.
