8GB of 18Gbps GDDR6 memory
The latest rumor suggests that the upcoming Geforce RTX 4060 Ti could pack 4352 CUDA cores, 8GB of GDDR6 memory, and come with a short PCB and 220W TDP, but still feature a 16-pin 12VHPWR connector.
While we will probably first see the AD104-based RTX 4070 Ti, the latest rumor, coming from Kopite7kimi over at Twitter, suggests that Nvidia is also preparing an AD106-based RTX 4060 Ti graphics card. It is said to pack 34 SMs, for a total of 4352 CUDA cores, and come with 8GB of GDDR6 memory on a 128-bit memory interface.
The RTX 4060 Ti will have a shorter reference board, and a 220W TDP, but despite its lower TDP, it will still retain the 16-pin 12VHPWR connector, which suggests that Nvidia might be using the same one across its entire RTX 40 series range.
RTX 4060 Ti has a very short reference board. The PG190 still uses CEM5 connector.

Earlier rumors point to RTX 4070 Ti and RTX 4070 (non-TI), both based on AD104 GPU, packing 7680 and 5888 CUDA cores, respectively. Both will also feature 12GB of faster 21Gbps GDDR6X memory on a 192-bit memory interface. The RTX 4070 Ti, which is the rebadged RTX 4080 12GB, should launch at CES 2023, on January 5th.
Of course, nothing is carved in stone and Nvidia is yet to respond to AMD’s recent Radeon RX 7000 series launch.
