Nvidia has released its latest Geforce Game Ready driver, version 610.74 WHQL, bringing launch-day support for DOOM: The Dark Ages Revelations and Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced. The new driver arrives alongside the release of Revelations, a major expansion for Bethesda and id Software’s latest Doom title. The DLC adds new campaign missions, fresh enemy types, additional weapons, and expands the story surrounding the Doom Slayer with an entirely new chapter of the campaign.
The expansion also introduces Nvidia’s latest RTX technologies, including DLSS Multi Frame Generation, Super Resolution, Ray Reconstruction, and full path tracing support. According to Nvidia, Geforce RTX 5090 owners can reach up to 310 FPS at 4K with path tracing enabled and settings maxed out, while performance at 1440p can climb to around 375 FPS thanks to DLSS Multi Frame Generation.
Support has also been added for Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, Ubisoft’s modern remake of the classic pirate adventure. The updated version launches on July 9 and brings rebuilt visuals, improved gameplay systems, and new content based on Ubisoft’s latest Anvil engine technology. On the graphics side, the game supports ray-traced reflections and lighting effects, alongside DLSS Multi Frame Generation and Super Resolution on Geforce RTX hardware. Nvidia says users can also upgrade to the latest DLSS 4.5 models through the Nvidia App for additional performance improvements and image quality enhancements.
The driver update also adds support for DLSS 4.5 in Gray Zone Warfare, following the game’s move to Unreal Engine 5.5 and its recent content updates.
Unlike some recent releases, Nvidia’s latest driver contains only one bug fix. The company resolved a display flickering issue affecting Tencent Meeting users when Smooth Motion was enabled globally. The GeForce 610.74 WHQL driver is available now through the Nvidia App, Geforce Experience, and Nvidia’s driver download page.
