At this rate they will be labelled terrorists
Supporters of Operation: Payback, which is made of various hacker groups have declared war on the US Copyright office.
The group which includes members of Anonymous and 4chan attacked the US Copyright Office at 11am yesterday. There was intermittent downtime and the site is loaded a lot slower than normal.
This is the first time that Operation: Payback has struck at a US Government website. The outfit is expected to do something tomorrow, probably in the UK.
However attacking Government sites might get them identified as a Terror group in the US, which tends to take a rather over the top view about such things.
