Don’t expect it till 2015, at the soonest
The first title from Respawn will apparently not arrive till at least 2015, according to concept artist, Ian McCraig. The news was delivered during a keynote address by McCraig in Brighton.
The first title from Respawn is said to be a sci-fi shooter that will be published by EA Partners. While an earlier blurred image suggested to many that the game was further along than first thought, this isn’t actually the case.
A 2015 release date presents some interesting questions, such as which platform are they developing the title for? If the current predictions hold true, it could be that we will get the new Respawn title when we get new console systems to play it on. Still, any way your slice it… 2015 seems a long way off.
