Silicon Power has introduced the CreatePro Series, a new range of storage products, which includes SSDs, portable SSDs, and memory cards, designed specifically for content creators, covering workflows from capture and editing to transfer and long-term backup.
Rather than focusing only on raw speed and capacity, Silicon Power promises that the CreatePro lineup is built around real-world creator workflows and different user profiles, including streamers, filmmakers, photographers, and professional editors. The ecosystem is organized around four key stages of production: capture, transfer, edit, and backup.
For recording workloads, the lineup includes products such as the CFexpress CR20B Pro 2.0 Type B card with VPG400 certification for sustained high-bitrate video capture, alongside V90 SD cards and additional CFexpress models aimed at professional cameras and production environments.
The transfer stage is handled by devices like the BS10 card reader with simultaneous CFexpress and SD support, while the CR72X portable SSD offers USB Type-A and Type-C connectivity for multi-device workflows. On the editing side, Silicon Power is introducing the CR75S internal SSD, targeting demanding workloads such as 3D rendering, video editing, and simultaneous gaming and streaming.
For backup and archival use, the CreatePro family also includes NAS-focused SSDs developed in collaboration with QNAP. The CR55N and CR90N models are designed for long-term storage, scalable media libraries, and high-resolution project archives.
With the CreatePro series, Silicon Power is positioning itself beyond traditional consumer storage by building a more workflow-focused ecosystem tailored to modern creative production environments.
