A number of sources are reporting that a leaked PayPal memo claims that Microsoft will release the dashboard update on November 15th. This is the big update that will change the look and feel of the dashboard and add additional Kinect support, among other things. PayPal employees are apparently being asked in this memo to test the PayPal functionality by making purchases to test the system.

PayPal support was added in the last Dashboard update in the spring. While it has not been talked about a lot, PayPal payment support on the Xbox 360 platform was actually a big deal and gave users another pay to pay for some purchases.
