Many have been worried that as Microsoft did with 1 vs. 100, Microsoft might be planning to cancel Full House Poker without doing another season. That is not the case for certain, as Microsoft is planning a new season of Full House Poker; but they are trying to give players a chance to grab all those achievements before starting a new season.

Apparently, people complained that a 66-day season was just not enough time to grab all of the achievements, so that is the reason that Microsoft is waiting a bit longer this time around. The current season is on day 120 and currently no end date for the season has been announced.
