Too dangerous

A teen hacker who ruined the fun for millions of gamers by leaking footage of the upcoming Grand Theft Auto VI has been locked up for life in a secure hospital.

According to the BBC, Arion Kurtaj (right), 18, is too dangerous to be free because he can't stop his cybercrime spree.

Kurtaj was part of the notorious Lapsus$ hacking group that targeted GTA VI maker Rockstar Games and other big names like Uber and Nvidia. He got away with a slap on the wrist because he has autism and was not fit to stand trial. The jury only had to say if he did the hacks, not if he meant to break the law.

But at Thursday's hearing, the court heard how Kurtaj went berserk behind bars and caused injuries and damage, the BBC says. A shrink said Kurtaj still wants to hack as soon as possible. He will be stuck in the hospital jail for life until the quacks say he is safe.

Kurtaj leaked 90 videos of the game while he was out on bail for hacking Nvidia and BT/EE. He was supposed to be under police watch at a hotel, but he used the Amazon Fire Stick in the room and a new phone, keyboard and mouse to hack Rockstar Games again.
