Samsung Display is said to be planning new OLED monitor sizes for a 2027 launch, according to a fresh rumor that pretty much lines up with the earlier roadmap.
The rumor, caught by Videocardz.com, suggests that Samsung will add 24‑inch and 39‑inch OLED models to its lineup, expanding beyond the larger OLED sizes currently on the market. These panels are expected to use 4th‑generation OLED technology, potentially bringing high refresh rates and improved brightness, and will most likely be a part of Samsung’s future Odyssey lineup.
Until now, OLED monitors have largely started at 27 inches or above, and smaller OLED gaming screens are scarce despite strong demand in that segment. The 24‑inch size is widely seen as a sweet spot for competitive gaming and mainstream desktop use, making it a notable addition if the rumors prove accurate.
Alongside the smaller 24-inch screen, Samsung is also expected to introduce a 39‑inch OLED model with an ultrawide aspect ratio, targeting users who prefer wider workspaces or immersive gaming experiences.
Details such as exact specifications, refresh rates, or release timing are still unclear, and Samsung has yet to comment on the reports. If the roadmap holds, these new OLED sizes could start appearing in the company’s lineup as early as 2027.
