Dell brought a big surprise at the CES 2026 show in Las Vegas, bringing back the XPS laptops with a complete redesign, as well as unveiling new Alienware laptops and desktops, and sharp new UltraSharp monitors, including the 32-inch 4K QD-OLED Monitor.
Dell’s XPS makes a big return with XPS 14 and XPS 16 models with Intel Core Ultra Series 3, while XPS 13 launches later this year
The biggest surprise is the return of the XPS from Dell, with a complete redesign. As a part of the redesign, Dell has placed the iconic XPS logo on the laptop cover, starting with two popular models, the XPS 14 and the XPS 16, both made from CNC-machined aluminum, new interfaces, better displays, and improved performance. Dell says these are thinnest laptops that ever came from Dell, measuring at just 14.6mm and weighing around 1.3kg for the XPS 14 which is significantly lighter than its predecessor. The same goes for the XPS 16, which tips the scales at 3.6 pounds or a full pound lighter compared to the previous one.
Dell is equipping its new XPS line with Intel’s latest Core Ultra Series 3 processors with new Intel Arc graphics.

As the last surprise, Dell said it will bring back the XPS 13, making it the thinnest and lightest XPS ever when it launches later this year.
Alienware gets new chips, thinner chassis and OLED screen.
Dell is expanding its Alienware offer as well, including two new Alienware ultra-slim laptops, the 16 Area-51 and 16X Aurora laptops. These will get OLED screens, and these, alongside the big Alienware 18 Area-51, will be getting the new Intel Core Ultra 200HX processors. In addition, Dell is also updating its Alienware Area-51 desktop lineup with new Ryzen 9850X3D processor.
Dell brings two new UltraSharp monitors to CES 2026
Dell also announced two new monitors, the Dell UltraSharp 52 Thunderbolt Hub Monitor, and the UltraSharp 32 4K QD-OLED Monitor. The UltraSharp 52 Thunderbolt Hub Monitor, is the world’s first 52-inch 6K monitor that targets those that want more screen real estate without a multi-monitor setup. The new setup is actually a 43-inch 4K and two 27-inch QHD monitors in one. It is an IPS display monitor with 6K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, and allows you to connect up to four systems simultaneously.
In addition, Dell is bringing its new 32 4K QD-OLED Monitor (U3226Q), a QD-OLED monitor with 4K/UHD resolution, DisplayHDR True Black 500 and Dolby Vision HDR, color accuracy (Delta E <1) rand covers 99% of the DCI-P3 and Display P3 color gamut.
- Dell UltraSharp 52 Thunderbolt Hub Monitor (U5226KW), priced at US$2,899.99 (with stand) and US$2,799.99 (without stand), will be available globally beginning January 6, 2026.
- Dell UltraSharp 32 4K QD-OLED Monitor (U3226Q), priced at US$2,599.99, will be available globally beginning February 24, 2026.
