Former US president and, as the world has already seen, an incredible wordsmith, George W. Bush, has revealed that he owns an iPad. We, on the other hand, suspected this all along.
Admittedly, Bush is not big on watching TV but he does surf the web. He said how he reads The Wall Street Journal and uses iPad to visit places that “feed [his] political curiosity”, such as Politico.
Apparently, all this is going on when he’s not reading the Bible, so the former president hasn’t changed much. We just can’t get over the irony of Bush owning an iPad, since Apple spinners like to depict their consumers as enlightened individuals, progressive intellectuals and connoisseurs of fine art.
