Origin Code used Computex 2026 to show off the latest additions to its Vortex DDR5 memory lineup, including a new 48 GB kit tuned for AMD EXPO and a dedicated liquid cooling block with built-in real-time monitoring.
The new Vortex DDR5 kit comes in a 48 GB (24 GB x2) configuration running at 6200 MT/s with CL28 timings, targeting gamers, creators, and AI workloads that need a balance of low latency and higher capacity. The modules arrive in the company’s Meteorite Black finish and join an expanding Vortex DDR5 family that now scales all the way up to 256 GB capacities. Origin Code says the new kit is optimized for modern multitasking, content creation, and high-end gaming systems, while also supporting AMD EXPO profiles for easier memory tuning on Ryzen platforms.
Alongside the memory launch, the company also introduced a dedicated Vortex DDR5 water block designed specifically for custom liquid cooling setups. The cooling module uses a 2-inlet, 1-outlet G1/4 design and is claimed to improve heat dissipation efficiency by up to 50 percent compared to standard air-cooled memory solutions. One of the more eye-catching features is the integrated 178-degree LCD panel with a 222 x 480 resolution and 60 Hz refresh rate. The display can show live hardware data, including temperatures, clock speeds, and other system metrics, through Origin Code’s software suite.
The water block is designed exclusively for the Vortex DDR5 series and requires integration into a full custom water-cooling loop. Without active liquid cooling, it functions only as a display module.

The company appears to be pushing Vortex DDR5 as a premium enthusiast platform, combining high-capacity memory kits with increasingly elaborate cooling and monitoring hardware aimed at showcase PC builds.
