Up to 12 percent performance improvement

SK hynix has announced the mass production of the world's first triple-level-celll-based 321-high 4D NAND flash with 1Tb capacity. This means that SK hynix will be the first supplier of NAND with more than 300 layers, with availability expected as of the first half of next year.
