Qualcomm and Intel slates in the works too
Asus is reportedly developing tablets based on Nvidia’s upcoming Tegra 3 processor, codenamed Kal El.

Digitimes claims that Asus is also developing Intel-based tablets, but there is no word on any launch schedules for either Intel or Tegra 3 devices.

Over the next two months the outfit will introduce two down to earth tablets, the 10-inch Eee Pad Slider EP102 based on Nvidia’s Tegra 2 and the 7-inch Eee Pad MeMo EP71, which is said to feature a Qualcomm processor.

Asus aims to ship about two million tablets by the end of the year.
