According to Seasonic, the new Prime series is a result of close cooperation with graphics card manufactures in order to provide exceptional performance that can be compared to any analog power supply on the market. The 80 Plus Titanium versions come with a fully modular design, an innovative circuit design with Zero PCB cabling, micro tolerance load regulation, extended hold-up time of above 30ms and Hybrid Fan Control feature, which does not spin up the fan until load goes over 45 percent.

The Seasonic Prime series will be available in versions ranging from 650W to 1000W with 80 Plus Titanium efficiency rating, Fanless 400W and 550W version with 80 Plus Titanium rating and 80 Plus Platinum rated models ranging from 550W to 1200W.

According to Seasonic, the new Prime-series will be backed by a 10-year warranty and should be available soon. Unfortunately, Seasonic did not unveil any details regarding the price.
