Memory tech provider and frequent plaintiff Rambus has filed a complaint against Nvidia with the U.S. International Trade Commission.
The company claims Nvidia violated its patents in products which use DDR, DDR2, DDR3, LPDDR, GDDR, GDDR2, and GDDR3 memory controllers, primarily GPUs and media and communications processors.
The ITX will decide if it will launch an investigation within 30 days of the complaint. Back in July, Rambus sued Nvidia for violating 17 memory patents.
