It has a G-sensor and  ALS light sensor for automatic brightness adjustment. It comes preloaded with Microsoft Office Starter (Word+Excel 2010), Adobe Reader + flash player, and bunch of MSI applications including the Easy Face, Photo easy viewer and MSI magnifier toolbar.

The official price is set at €599 (for Germany) but we've heard that it showed up in certain markets for as low as €549, so you might want to check out your local retail/e-tail shops.
