The 4.3.2 untethered works on iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 (GSM), iPod touch 3G, iPod touch 4G and iPad 1 but not the iPad 2.

If you still want to buy iPad 2, then you will have to wait between two to three weeks after you place your online order and this is the wait timefor most big European countries and USA. Remember the one you buy cannot use Cydia and alternative applications.
