HP’s TouchPad is back, much to the delight of bargain hunters, but this time around it costs $149.99 and there is a catch. You can’t get one unless you buy some HP gear along with it.

BestBuy will throw one in if you choose to buy an HP laptop, PC or all-in-one computer, so it’s only a bargain if you actually need a new computer.

It is still a pretty good deal, as you can buy a $300 netbook or similar toy on the side and the total cost will still stay pretty low, at least compared to Apple’s iPad, or high-end Android tablets for that matter.

So, if your holiday shopping list includes a netbook, notebook or PC for your kids, or that significant other, this might be the deal for you.
