Asus has brought quite a few notebooks, tablets and similar devices to Computex 2014, including the new 12.5-inch Transformer Book T300 Chi which could pose quite a serious threat to the recently announced Microsoft Surface Pro 3 tablet.
Based on a 12.5-inch detachable tablet design, the Transformer T300 Chi is definitely aiming for Microsoft's newest tablet, especially considering that it will have a 2560x1440 resolution panel. Although it still did not reveal the precise specifications, Asus did note that the Transformer Book T300 Chi will be powered by Intel's next-gen Core CPU and has LTE connectivity.
Asus also really impressed with the dimensions as the 12.5-inch tablet is a mere 7.3mm thick while the keyboard dock adds up to 14.3mm of thickness.
As it was the case with all the products Asus announced during Computex 2014 press conference, it also did not shed any light on the actual launch date or the price of the new Transformer Book T300 Chi.
