Arctic Strike to now arrive in late July

Ghost Recon: Future Soldier players have been expecting the first map pack that was scheduled for release on July 3rd. Sources now confirm that Ubisoft has officially pushed the release of the map pack back at least a couple of weeks, and it is now scheduled for a release at some time in late July.

The map pack, which is called Arctic Strike, is going to cost 800 Microsoft Points or $9.99 when it finally makes it to release. The only reason that has been announced for the delay is that the developers feel they need extra time to polish it prior to release.

It is expected, however, that once the developers have a better handle on their time table, they will make an official announcement of a new release date; but our sources seem to believe that it will be released during the last week of July, which we suspect is likely pretty accurate.
