Players of the 1st Borderlands to get rewarded
Have to buy Borderlands 2 of course to cash in
Gearbox has announced that players of the first Boarderlands game will get exclusive character customization elements upon the game detecting game save data from Boardlands 1. A number of various characters heads and skins re to be part of the bonus offering.
Gearbox also has confirmed that the game is still on track for release on September 18th for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. It is now rumored that Randy Pitchford has confirmed that Gearbox is seeking or at least looking at the possibility of working with an outside developer to create a PlayStation Vita version of Borderlands 2, but nothing has been decided at this point. Obviously, if Borderlands 2 comes to the Vita, it will be much later than September 18th.
